Join us this Saturday, January 9th at 11:30am for a live stream intention setting meditation with artist and yoga instructor, Bruce Q. Williams. Session will include: 12-minutes of Kirtan Kriya meditation. 8-minutes of breath-focused meditation. 10-minute body scan meditation.
Please, arrive five minutes early to allow time to say hello to the class and briefly explain how the thirty minute meditation will be three different types of meditation.
